The pre-sales experience was very poor. There were process issues meaning inconvenience & delays for me and mis-quoted financials on 2 occasions I have already made a complaint to the Head of Business who resolved the financial issues, so rated 3

An example - I booked in for a Friday but inadvertently double booked myself. I called to tell Emily and she honestly made me feel like it was no trouble genuinely walking the talk on customer care.

I was unsure about my rear alloys and so I was given a quote for them to be refurbished but unfortunately after checking I was told there was a sign of corrosion. I then decided to get them replaced with new thanks to the price quoted. Many thanks

Good - pleasant, friendly people throughout. Buying process very favourable. Average/Poor - had to chase a lot post-sale/communication not great, late for me at collection appt, issues upon collection still not resolved, no-one taking ownership.
